This week marks one year since I joined SOC. Over the last year, I have made huge gains in not only my physical strength, but my mental strength and discipline. Coach Jess is one of a kind. When things get hard, she is there to encourage you. She is there to push you when you become comfortable and afraid to try something new. And let’s talk about the community! Wow. Hands down the most encouraging group no matter what class you attend! Your PRs are everyone’s celebration. As someone who worked a program in my home gym for a couple years I never realized how much having other strong people around me makes me better. I am so grateful to have found this place and can’t wait to see the progress I can make over the next year and many more to come!

I've been going to Strength of Change for almost three years, and it has become so much more than a gym, it's a family. Jess has created an amazing community where everyone supports and encourages each other.
She is an incredible trainer who truly cares about her members. During my pregnancy, she helped me safely continue working out by modifying exercises so I could stay active the entire time. I'm so grateful for her guidance and for the friendships I've made here.
If you're looking for a welcoming gym with a supportive community and a trainer who genuinely shows up for her people, Strength of Change is the place to be.

Strength of Change is an amazing gym and community. Jess is an excellent coach and knows when to push for more and when to incorporate adjustments and changes so that every person gets a well rounded, safe, and fulfilling work-out. You’ll get the most out if you go consistently during the scheduled programs and you’ll see consistent growth over time. I drive 30 minutes every day to go because it’s worth it!
